So, I’ve established that it’s taken 14 years for meals times to vaguely resemble some sort of normalcy. But with three boys, it seems there always has to be someone unhappy about what’s on his plate. I’d really like to know how people avoid the following conversation.
“What’s for dinner?”
“We just had that! Why are we having it again?”
“We had it two weeks ago.”
“Well, it’s still twice in the same month.”
If you have four people you are feeding who are, in fact, quite picky, how can you possibly come up with thirty dinners (31 for those annoyingly long months) that everyone will like? It’s not mathmatically possible, given the fact that they don’t like that many items. So what’s a girl to do?
Go out to dinner more with her girlfriends. Oh, and don’t forget to order wine.
